Returns & Exchanges

At Pomar, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Pomar tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
